Natural Mineral Water Development for Perrier Belgium
A spring capture project was set up and implemented on behalf of the Perrier funded
ValVert natural mineral water bottling factory in
Etalle, Belgium.
Technical input ranged from the investigation and design phase to construction and commissioning.
The water resources of the spring catchment area were evaluated and incorporated in a Modflow
groundwater flow model. Detailed field hydrochemistry, water sampling and hydrochemical modelling were an integral part of the design
phase. A monitoring system was designed and commissioned to detect any changes in spring discharge and water quality.
